Please read the rules of trials before entering (More info - Rules page)
Entries and payment via instructions on each schedule

Once the catalogue is published and distributed by the Trial Manager for that trial no refunds will given in the event a competitor withdraws their dog/s after the catalogue is published

PAYMENTSfor Trial entries - are NOT available by direct debit. Payment only accepted via Cash / Cheque to Trial Manager or online entries via Easydogs 
Please ensure dogs Pedigree Titles are up to date as per pedigree at time of entry especially important as we record titles as they are gained during the year. 
Tracking / Track & Search titles and any other discipline must all be included on your entry current at time of entry.

Unless you are entering via Easydogs, you should fill in a Dogs SA entry form with full details. There is a "fillable" entry form in word format on this page. It is a requirement by DOGS SA that entry forms are done for all manual entries. Additionally your form must be SIGNED

Word document file above TestInfoSheet is "fillable" 
MUST be filled in for all TRACKING Trials unless entering via EasyDogs
All items requiring circling MUST be filled in.
Use "draw"  facility to do this in word
 
MUST be filled in for TRACK & SEARCH but ONLY required when 
1.   Entering Track 1 (Known Tracklayer)
2.   You cant be judged by a specific judge  (must be named)

WHEN IS TRACKING INFO SHEET NEEDED?  Explained 

TRACKING ENTRIES
Tracking Info Sheet MUST be filled in & sent to Trial Manager
 as instructed in schedule for TDCSA Inc trials
- Known tracklayer if entering tracks 1 or 2 MUST be specified
- All areas required to be circled MUST be completed

TRACK & SEARCH ENTRIES
Tracking Info Sheet ONLY required when 
1.   Entering Track 1 (Known Tracklayer)
2.   You cant be judged by a specific judge

You can't request a particular judge or day to be judged for a 2 day trial. The 2nd day is only used subject to judges availability

NEW PEOPLE SHOULD SUPPLY

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
IF NEW MEMBERSHIP PAID AT SAME TIME AS EASYDOGS ENTRY
A joining fee of $10 is required to be paid
